Advocate & Liaise
Understanding the director's wish list for each scene is paramount. A communicator and collaborator ascertaining actors boundaries in relation to this. Honouring crew boundaries are equally important. In consultation with the costume department, oversee the use of modesty garments. Working closely with the AD for closed set processes. As needed, collaboration with prosthetic technicians, DP, make-up, set/prop design.
Assist
Facilitate nuances of movement choreography (if requested), offer techniques of masking and simulation, and use of specific barriers as needed. Creating impactful but repeatable, no surprises' action for unforgettable story telling.
